Orders and Shipping
Normally in Germany and the rest of EU & EEC; shipments can be delivered in 1 working day. Customers may decide to go for slower road based shipping which can take up to 4 working days.
Please refer to the UPS shipping information emailled to your provided email by UPS with waybill and tracking information.
No. We do not store any credit or debit card information on site or online.
Yes for customes based in Germany, MwsT is charged. For customers outside of Germany we do not charge sales tax, but we do need your EU VAT code for tax authority.
We ship to companies in the following countries: Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, Poland, Denmark, Austria, Serbia, Croatia, Hungry, Slovakia, Greece and Turkey as well the rest of Eastern Europe. If you are outside, please email or call us and we can provide your nearest independent Fanuc specialist.
Depends on the parts ordered. Batteries, fuses, connectors, etc can come in multiples within the same box. However drives, monitors, motors will be one per box as packaging is designed too purpose and protect items from courier damage.

Returns and Exchanges
We offer a 14 day restocking policy if you find the part you have ordered is not required. For parts taken out of the box whether fitted or not onto the machine; restocking is 50%. If parts are still in sealed box as shipped by us then 25% restock fee.
We appreciate mistakes are made and would look to solve this issue ASAP.
It happens unfortunately. We go above and beyond with our packing; but that cant be absolute in stopping the couriers damaging parts. If you see a damaged box; don’t sign for it as you are taking all responsibility away for the courier company. Contact us and email a photo of the damage; then we would look to rectify.

Yes though only on accessories and consumables such as the rare occasion we have no batteries, fuses, transistores, etc in stock.
