Fanuc A06B-6064-H301
This AC series 1S spindle servo unit is fitted on very small CNC machine tools. A06B-6064-H301 built by Fanuc in one of the many yellow factories at the foot of Mt.Fuji Japan. This spindle drive uses serial interface to comunicate ot the CNC; powering 1S AC spindle motors via control from serial 0-MC/0-TC controls. This drive contains A20B-2100-0070; A20B-1005-0190 boards (not available seperately) and A16B-2201-0440 serial communications pcb.
This drive is manufactured at the foot of Mt. Fuji, Japan.
We have been offering services on Fanuc drives for near three decades. The A06B-6064-H301 is no exception. Currently we offer this 3S drive from Stuttgart stock on exchange or sale terms. Further we can test your spindle drive electronically on a full closed looped feedback test on one of our many Fanuc CNC test rigs.
Our repair capabilities are second to none. Normally we offer a 24 hour turnaround repair of this 1S with full strip and clean, bench inspection looking for design weaknesses and common problems; through to replacement parts onto testing. On top we also offer rebuild of these drive though normally our exchange or outright sale will always prove more cost effective. We always try keep A06B-6064-H301#H550 drives in stock.

Yes Fanuc drives are certainly built to last. At the time of writing this drive series has been fitted on machine tools onwards from 1990.
