This ALPHA series SVM3-12/12/20 A servo amplifer module is fitted on small EDM or CNC machine tools. A06B-6079-H302 triple channel drive is built in Japan in one of Fanuc’s yellow factories around the foot of Mt. Fuji. This PWM interfaced (type A) servo module is partnered with a1/2000 to aC6/2000 ALPHA servo motors and controlled by ZERO model C/D and series 16/18/21 model A/B/C generation controls.
This drive is manufactured at the foot of Mt. Fuji, Japan.
