This ALPHA series SVM1-130 F/O servo amplifer module is popular on may CNC machine tools. A06B-6096-H106 built in Japan in one of Fanuc’s many factories around the foot of Mt. Fuji. This servo module is partnered with a12/3000 or a22/3000 ALPHA servo motors and normally controlled by 16/18/21i model A generation controls.
This drive is manufactured at the foot of Mt. Fuji, Japan.
