This ALPHA series SPM-75HV power supply module is fitted on large CNC machine tools. A06B-6104-H275#H520 built in Japan in one of Fanuc’s many factories around the foot of Mt. Fuji. This High Voltage power module is partnered with similar rated HV power supply module and various configurations of servo amplifiers. These SPM come with #H520 software and were fitted on 15, 16, 18, 21 and i generation systems.

This drive is manufactured at the foot of Mt. Fuji, Japan.
