This ALPHA series aiSP 5.5HV spindle amplifier module is fitted on smaller CNC machine tool applicatons. A06B-6270-H006#H600 built in Japan in one of Fanuc’s many factories around the foot of Mt. Fuji. This spindle module is partnered with similar rated power supply module and various configurations of servo amplifiers. The aiSP were fitted on late 3x-i and 0i model D or model F systems.
This drive is manufactured at the foot of Mt. Fuji, Japan.

Further we can test your spindle module connected to a matching ai series AC spindle motor on one of our many test rigs.
Our repair capabilities are second to none. Normally we offer a 24-48 hour turnaround repair of this power module with full strip and clean, bench inspection looking for design weaknesses and common problems; through to replacement parts onto testing. On top we also offer rebuild of these drive though normally our exchange or outright sale will always prove more cost effective. We always try keep these drives in stock.

Fifty years producing drives is testament to Fanuc’s design and longevity. At the time of writing this drive series has been fitted on machine tools from 2011.
