This AC digital 12S spindle servo unit is fitted on CNC machine tools. A06B-6059-H212 built by Fanuc in one of its yellow factories overlooked by Mt.Fuji in Japan. Using digital interface allowing communication between the spindle drive and the CNC. Partnered with either a 12S or model 18P AC spindle motors and controlled by standard 0-MC/0-TC controls.
This drive is manufactured at the foot of Mt. Fuji, Japan.

Further we can test your spindle drive electronically on a full closed looped feedback test on one of our many Fanuc CNC test rigs.
Our repair capabilities are second to none. Normally we offer a 24 hour turnaround repair of this 12S with full strip and clean, bench inspection looking for design weaknesses and common problems; through to replacement parts onto testing. We also rebuild these drive though our exchange or outright sale should prove more cost effective. We always try keep these drives in stock.

- Alarm 2. Sensor or blown drive.
- Alarm 12. Overcurrent can be anything.
- Alarm 16 & 17. NVram issue
- Alarm 18-23. Control board issue.

Yes Fanuc drives are certainly built to last. At the time of writing this drive series has been fitted on machine tools onwards from 1988.
