This ALPHA series SVM3-20/20/20 F/O servo amplifer module motor is popular on may CNC machine tools. A06B-6096-H304 built in Japan in one of Fanuc’s many factories around the foot of Mt. Fuji. This mid sized triple channel FSSB servo module is partnered with aC3 and aC6 ALPHA servo motors normally controlled by 16/18/21i model A/B generation controls.

This drive is manufactured at the foot of Mt. Fuji, Japan.
