This ALPHA i series SVM3-10/10/10i servo amplifer module motor is popular on may CNC machine tools. A06B-6114-H302 built in Japan in one of Fanuc’s many factories around the foot of Mt. Fuji. This small triple channel ai FSSB servo module is partnered with ai2 and ai4 ALPHA servo motors normally controlled by 16/18/21i model B generation controls or 0i-B/C systems.
