Fanuc BMU card belongs to system 6. This 320 meter bubble memory unit PCB for the Fanuc system 6M, 6T is the memory for the control. A87L-0001-0018 contains bubble memory being a non-volatile memory; hence even with no power the bubbles remain.

Alternatively we have been supplying FANRAM 128KB cards as replacements with 2 year warranty for the original. Further we can also possibly supply 512KB if your Fanuc system 6 control has the correct software.
